Audio delivers profit most channels can’t touch.  According to High Gain Audio – a 2025 study from Radiocentre and WPP Media, using Profit Ability 2 data:

 

Two-year ROI:

  • Digital audio: £5.20 return for every £1 invested

 

  • Broadcast radio: £5.00

 

  • All-media average: £4.11

 

Short-term ROI (first 13-months):

  • Digital audio: £2.70 per £1

 

  • Broadcast radio: £2.30

 

  • All-media average: £1.87

 

Audio consistently delivers strongest results when it has a clear role in the plan.
