Cinema really does feel like it’s back.
The release calendar is stacked – The Smashing Machine, DiCaprio in One Battle After Another, Zootropolis 2, even re-runs of old favourites pulling people back into seats.
And it’s not just the big films driving this. Subscriptions like Odeon Limitless (one monthly fee, unlimited films) mean audiences are going more often too. I signed up a while back, and with the line-up over the next 12 months, it’s become a no-brainer.
For planners, this changes the game: must-see titles + repeat visits = cinema as a high-attention, repeatable channel. No longer just a Christmas moment, but an opportunity to deliver consistent, targeted reach when attention is guaranteed.
